Shoppers Drug Mart can have these 4AA/4AAA packs for as little as $6.99 on weekend sale in flyer when they are on sale. Just so people know where to look for a nice deal made better with coupon if lucky in timing.
Oh and get the "White" topped ones (+ end) and not the black top ones. The white topped are actually rebranded "Eneloops" and have the nickname Duraloops. The black are still pre-charged, just not as good a performance. These are nice as they make up for bit lower capacity by holding almost all charge for several months versus lasting only a week or so with the usual NiMH batteries.
There was no coupon for batteries, just the charger.
